My usb is not detected? (siemens)?

Hi. I use a siemens computer/software system for the MRI. The computer has usb ports but nothing is detected when I stick it in (at the front or at the back ports). Could it be there but just not visible? How can I access my usb-pen another way?

Go into the Control Panel and click on the System Icon
Go to the Hardware tab
click on the Device Manager
Scroll to the bottom and find the USB devices section
Uninstall everything in the USB section
Reboot the PC
It will reinstall the USB drivers
After that, the ports should work again

USB maintains a table of devices that have been inserted so that it does not have to redetect every device ever time. If that table gets corrupted, the ports stop working. This will clear that table and get the devices working again

I'm not sure what your usb pen does, but it may be possible that you haven't installed the usb drivers for your device.

I doubt that your usb ports are not working. Try testing them by inserting a usb flash card/memory stick or another usb device. If they work or show up, then you can narrow down your problem to your usb pen or software.

particular you will prefer the CD that got here with the telephone, this could incorporate the drivers to permit the computing device to hook up with the telephone. in case you will no longer be able to locate the disk then circulate to the manufacturers internet site and obtain the driving force. Then click "upload new hardware" from the administration panel on your computing device and stick to the instructions.
