It means the grade of setting the cement you see some structures need different type of cements for eg: Dam construction, Huge bridges, Huge buildings etc. these kind of structures need more grade cements and these kind of cements are setting fast and they are used by some kind of equipment because of the fast setting, and about the other grades for ordinary constructions like house, small buildings etc.
