Our sidewalks have settled and need lifted on the foundation side...best way to fix this without tearing out ? Price, who does this, do it yourself maybe, etc....

I would think it would be very hard to lift a sidewalk without cracking the concrete. If you really want to lift the sidewalk up and fill it in underneath I'd see about getting a concrete saw to cut the concrete into small sections first so you don't break the concrete slab into bits when you try lifting it.

Then after you cut the concrete into sections I'd see about leveling the dirt out then laying down some landscaping sheeting to keep weeds from growing up underneath then lay down some pea gravel and level it out. Then take a tamper or tamping machine and tamp the gravel down so your concrete won't sink again.

To be honest, trying to lift your concrete may be a lot more work than just braking it up and pouring a new sidewalk.

lift and re-lay, compaction is key or they will settle again,poor compaction is why they moved in the first place, a landscape or pavingstone contractor would be your best bet

You gotta lift them, re-fill the underlay with sand/gravel and replace them in position.
