take it easy with heatlh means stop doing bad things to your health.. or lighten the load of bad things
if your a busy body and someone is telling you to chill out take it easy then when ever you get up to do something stop sit and think about why your doing it! ask yourself if it can wait! if it can not wait then continute! you just took it easy!
becarefull not to take it too easy my dad takes it easy also take 3 beers and 4-6 hours to change a head light on my car!
when i can have it done in 15 minutes and 1 shot lol or with out the shot! lol

Short term...? Go to Lush. Buy the nicest bathbomb or bubble bar you can find, run a hot bath, put some relaxing music on and have a glass of wine/cup of tea/ribena (whatever your taste and the law allows) and a slab of cake!!!
Long term...? Hobby! I learned how to knit about a month and a half ago to help me cope with Uni pressures. Best thing I ever did for my sanity.

Go shopping and treat yourself to nice things you want, then go home have a nice bath with bubbles and a glass of wine relax in the bath for ages while sipping your wine then get out the bath get into your comfy pjs and have a big piece of chocalate fudge cake with cream and curl up on the sofa with your wine and a good film. Id luv to do that everyday so theraputic try it.
