and they were out of my husbands favorite tenderloin. I told him I was going to cook this for him this evening. I have never dissapointed him before and I do not plan on starting now. Any suggestions on what I can do?

Oh dear!! I suggest that you drive yourself to another market. You cannot - I repeat - cannot disappoint your husband under any circumstances. I have learned my lesson and now I'm the perfect Stepford Wife.

Order take out. Throw away the packages., and tell him you cooked yourself. I do it all the time and my girlfriend thinks I am a world class chef. Shhh. That will be our little secret. : )
