I inherited a fantastic stereo system, but I would really like to play my ipod through it and can't quite figure it out, does anyone have any suggestions?

Thanks

I just put a two way lead into the microphone socket on my stereo which was connected to the headphone socket on my ipod.

Get a connector at Radio Shack which fits in your Ipod headphone jack and has the two outlets which connect to the input on your stereo, then switch it to whatever input you connected the wire to. I put mine on the auxiliary input and then it plays when I select aux. on the front of the stereo. Total cash outlay is about $5.00 and it works great!

first, try to check the size of the audio cable of your stereo...it must fit inside the earphone plug of your ipod,if it fits, go ahead & switch your ipod on,play music,...switch your stereo, too! check d volume, too. if it doesn't fit...you will need an audio adapter to connect and make your stereo plug fit into your ipod's earphone hole....goodluck!!!!
