I know that if she marries someone else his income is considered, if they are not married I do not belive it is.

no, the amount of child support is based purely on the payer's income. If you get money for you, alimony, i personally think you should be able to support yourself. You're a big girl now making grown up decisions, time to reap what you sow. Don't rely on men all your life, you give us women a bad name.

are you going to have the children with you because your new partner would be classed maybe as a step-father the law can make a step parent pay through the courts after they have received csa from natural father.

wow, a mother is leaving her children???? you don't hear that very often.. as far as money, different states have different laws... if the payee chooses not to work, his partner's income might matter, if they are married....check with a lawyer....
