The product is in a sense, "sliced bread." I didn't invent bread and I didn't invent slicing.

I don't know anything about the technology, but it will take two pieces of technology put together in a way I have not seen before.

Yes, it has to be novel and not obvious though. It's called using prior art.

Yes, as long as what you invented has not already been done. You are just using the resources you have.
