go to help, type "how do i delete an email address" click "Closing my account" and then scoll down until you find "Account closing" (or something like that) and thne type your password, and your account is gone!

If you no longer want an email address with them,then you have to close your account,by contacting them. The contact address should be at the bottom of the homepage.
(Now) If you want to delete the email address of someone in your address book,then go to that address book,find the name,and click on to the delete button,that's next to their name.
(Note) Some email providers may not allow you to resubmit the person's email address in your address book again,so read the guidelines about this first.

I don't know about google, but you can definitely do it on Yahoo. Just go deep into the account settings of that screen name and select "delete account".
It does take I believe 60 or 90 days for yahoo to process it.

Assuming you want only delete an eamil address of a person you have in your address book?
In you address book open it up and go to contacts, click on the name once and remove the contact(email address).

You can't delete the address without deleting the account.

you mean you want to cancel your own yahoo or google email account? you can't on yahoo. you just have to not sign in for a certain amount of time and then they shut down the account. so annoying i know but that is how it is.

Stop using it or have your account deleted. Click on the 'help' section or the 'Q&A' section on the accounts webpage.

i do not have an answer, yet i'm having a similar problem. I observed as customer provider and someone become meant to call me decrease back yet they have not. have you ever gotten any guidance about this?

Find buttons that say "delete" and click on them. Hope this helps.
