Chris Simcox of 'The Minutemen' on Hannity and colmes had this to say about GOP Presidential candidate John McCain?

SIMCOX: Well, we call it "shamnesty." And Senators McCain and Kennedy and the rest of the Senate should be shamed out of office for refusing to enforce the laws of this nation. There's no place for any elected official in our government who refuses to enforce the law.

Again "There's no place for any elected official in our government who refuses to enforce the law."

Do you support the Minutemen's criticism of Republican Senator John McCain?

Wow! I guess Rudy is gonna be the nominee. Fantastic! Another pro-choice, pro-gay rights, pro-gun control liberal in the White House!

As much as I can't stand Mc Cain, I don't agree with anything a vigilante group says or does.

No. Simcox has a complaint against every elected official who has held office since before the last election. And yet he singles out on a couple.

I like McCain but think Kennedy is a blight on the name Kennedy. But though I dislike Kennedy emmensley I'll still defend him against Simcox's accusations. Even Kennedy as not refused to enforce the laws.

On another point it is not the duty of Congress to enforce the law. Simcox should study government more. He has no idea who is supposed to do what. It's the Executive branch of government who is responsible to enforce the law.

Yes. I have never been snowed by Senator McCain. He is a moderate in conservative clothing. His temper makes him dangerous in a position of authority like president. He likes the media portrait of him as a "maverick", which means that on important issues, he usually joins the Democrats. He has created some of the worst legislation to come through either House of the Congress (McCain-Feingold). Astute conservatives should avoid him lest they find a dagger sticking out of their back.

I don't support anything the minutemen say. They are a bunch of gun toting bigots. Since when did the US turn into a vigilante culture?

If they're so intent on shooting something, they should go to Iraq. Maybe we could use them as decoys for IED detonations.

Nah, they'd rather shoot unarmed Mexicans. They don't shoot back

i support their criticism, though i believe it may be necessary to grant some form of amnesty just to get back to square one because of the sheer numbers involved. the milk has all ready been spilled. lets stop the leaks & mop up the mess as best as practicle. then don't allow more to be spilled.

also i don't think we owe McCain the presidency for being a pow.
though i will support him if elected.
