You can no longer vote SECRETLY in union elections thanks to Nancy Pelosi.

I'm sure no one will get "bullied" into voting differently than they had planned.

Nazis used to do something like this. I think Iran and NKorea still do it too.

Let's hope that Pelosi doesn't stand over our shoulders during elections every November and threaten to shoot us if we don't vote for Democrats.

duck has a good point even though his initial postings on the topic were less than accurate.

Unions are a bane to most American workers and American companies in my opinion. This is just more proof that they are trying to rape the middle class worker some more with the help of the Democrats. I'm expecting a higher taxing of my wages than clinton (36% increase) if a Dem takes the presidency.

I think its ironic that they have called it the Employee Free Choice Act.

The law is a desperate attempt by unions to reverse their memberships' declining trends.

Its funny that the advocates of the law insinuate that they are pushing for greater worker freedom by REMOVING the secret ballot process.
