Hi hipandalive, look just little below the CD drive on the left side of the draw there is a very small pin hole made just for that emergency eject! Get a paper clip open it and stick it in the pin hole and press the button while doing it and it will open up. I hope I was of help.
If it happen again and too often you may need to change the CD driver belt.
Good luck.

I have had to me a few times already. I f you are handy with a screw driver, you can take the CD drive out of the computer and take the CD drive apart to get to the broken disk. Basically, take the cover off or however you get into the computer, detach the power and data cables from the back of the drive and slide the drive out. Once you have the drive out, you'll notice there is a pin hole in the front of the drive, use a paper clip straightened out so you can use it to open the drawer in the front because you need to get the front door of the cd drive off in order to take off the ring around the door. Then take the screws(4) out of the case and the top should come off with some praying then you would be able to see the broken disk and start taking the pieces out.
If unsure, lookup instructions on how to disassemble a cd drive.

If the paperclip trick does not open the drive door then the only free way to fix it is:
Note do not do this if there is a lot of static electricity around or if you are wearing a wool sweater. Touch a metal ground to get rid of any static electricity.
0-unplug the computer. THIS IS IMPORTANT FOR SAFETY.
1-Open the case.
2-look at exactly how the two cables are connected to the drive and write down what you see. Note the "pin-1" stripe of the ribbon cable(and its orientation). The cables should pull out of the drive with firm but not excessive force. If you pull the cables off the main circuit board they can be pushed back on (carefully).
3-Remove and open the drive (Your warranty will be dead though.)
4-pull out the CD.
5-Put the drive back together.
6-Carefully put the 2 cables back in position exactly like you noted. Do not bend the pins or get them "over one" (out of place by one pin)
7-Put the drive back in the case. put at least 1 screw back to hold the drive in place. Put all screws back in preferably.
8-Put the case back together.
Do not touch anything else in the case unless you absolutely have to.
Either learn how to do this sort of simple task by yourself or leave yourself at the mercy of the nerds.
Do it on a clean well-lit table.
EDIT: If you do have a warranty, this might be covered. Check first.

take a paperclip bend it out so it's straight.
There's a tiny hole under the CD drive that should allow you to manual open up the CD drive.

There should be a small hole on the drive, this is an emergency eject. turn of your PC and put a paperclip or something in the hole and push, this should work, but be careful.

Use a pin, and PUSH it into the tiny hole in the front. This should open the drawer.
Good luck and Happy Computing!

If none of these suggestions work. I would suggest calling the store in which you bought it or any other store that sells computers, and as for their assistance.
