It depends on the disability i would guess. But even in courts, they cannot discriminate due to disabilities....If you are just lazy and want the kids just so they can do stuff for you....then the kids do not need to be with you. But if you actually have a real disability, they cannot use that against you.

Depends on your disability?

If you can provide for your kid(s), then the judge will see that. If you have help it's better too.

basically if you can provide for your kid(s) with out them being in harms way, and the Judge sees that...then you will be given custody...

depends upon the age of the child and the limitation u have with the disability...go and talk to an attorney they can best advise u

most of the the mom gets the kid. the judge don't like to take the kid form the mom. so looks good for you
