There is currently only 6% free space on that drive and diskeeper says it is not enough space to defrag it.

I could easily double the partition size and not hurt my total free space.

Diskeeper is warning that if I don't do something, the drive may become corrupt (or is already there).

I had to use the drive today when I had a crash, and it seemed to restore the computer defaults okay, but I'd feel better if the defrag program had more room to work with.

C:\ is NTFS
D:\ is FAT

Thanks. I'll try partition magic, and if it works, I'll be back to give you best answer.

I'd look at something like partition magic to change the size of the D partition.
