Since things seem unclear to some people I want to add , her father has only seen her once in 2 years and he lives 1 hour away, I want to also add that in almost a year I have no received one dime from him in support in over a year because he quit his job to go to school so he wouldn't have to pay. he always tells her he is too busy to come get her, and too busy for me to even drop her off there. So why would she want to stay where a parent doesn't want her. he won't let her move in with him as he says he has too much now with his new family. Now does that clear things up

that is ridiculous.....why is it you have to go to Egypt? You are being very unfair to your daughter and her father...a very selfish act. he has the right to see his daughter grow up too.. If you have to leave and move to Egypt, that is your problem...Let her stay in a relationship where she can continue with her father, friends and school, not rip her away from all she has come to know...

Your husband is a smart man. Leave your daughter to finish schooling in Canada or the States. Why are you insisting on putting your child in danger? Being a second class citizen in Egypt is not what I would want for my 15 year old.. are you that naive??? I congratulate your husband for wanting something better for his little girl, than being a second class citizen by choice.

??? "My 15 year old daughter wants to Divorce her father" means she wants to divorce you. "to move to Egypt with me" meaning with her father? I'm lost in this question.

the age here in the state of ILL. is 12 for her to go with who she wants to. so were you live i don't know what to tell you. you can try to look it up on your p/c to try and find it.you may loose your support. i don't know for sure. may be talk to a lawyer. if hes good it will be free. or go to the court house to see what thy say
