Breathe. Close your eyes and pretend you're back in your bedroom, singing into your hairbrush. Drink some water and find a quiet place to do a shake-down to try to get wiggins out. Wiggle your fingers, shake your arms and legs and your head. Do some vocal warm-ups, like a scale. Go over your song in your head. Repeat to yourself that you know the song, that you sound great singing the song and that the only thing that matters is that you have a great time singing.
Remind youself that even if you don't get into the choir or show, or whatever you audition for, you can learn from the experience and be that much better the next time you try. The more you do it, ther easier it will get.
Good luck.

Sing in front of people as much as you can...
And realize that it doesn't matter how the audition goes, your life won't end based on the result so just have fun... a lot of stage fright involves worrying about what other people are going to think of you... forget that. You are the only opinion that matters and being a frog probably doesn't impress you much, am I right?
Psych yourself up and have fun! It took me a while to realize just how little auditions really mattered. Once I did I started having a lot more fun and actually got the things I wanted : ).

Get a little rutine. Start with stretching, (no jks!) and vocal warmups. Continue warming up your voice as you take some deep breaths. Then go somewhere noone can see you and do some crazy dancing. Prepare to go on stage, and tell yourself, "I'm going to be perfect!" If you believe it, it will happen. If part of it is looking at the people, then focus your gaze on something just above the highest head. Take some deep breaths, and blow them away!
In my younger years, this kept me on stage. Now, i do my warmups, then do going to the market, and go onstage. The more you do it, the easier it will get.
Try this theory though. it really does work well.

I got over my stage fright by singing in front of one person, and then a few people, and then gradually getting a bigger audience. Positive feedback always helped my confidence level. Just rock it!

in case you've continuously wanted to finish then defintely flow for it. practice making a music in the front of family members or friends to get over the degree fright. For the audition only attempt to imagine that you're the in reality one contained in the room. Do it for your self. :)
