If there was an election where we could decide to vote out every single member of both parties in washington (yes means that every member of congress, the presidency, and the supreme court is thrown out and we start over), would you vote yes or no?

Yes. Fresh blood means fresh ideas, something sorely lacking in Washington.

We have term limits for Presidents, why not every other official?

No, 1)because it is hard to learn how to be a congressman/woman there needs to be experience to teach the new blood, 2)I wouldn't want the country to be run by amatures, 3)there are some senators that I actually do respect, 4)I wouldn't think it would be fair for my vote to be able to un-elect people I didn't elect.

Yes, there are 3 parties though.
Bernie Sanders is independent/socialist.

There's only one politician I'd want to keep, (Kucinich) but since that's one out of hundreds then it's a small price to pay to get rid of the rest.

.
i vote no because it will not solve anything.
not all politicians deserve to be tossed out.
further, how would our country function in the interim ?

on the other hand it's a tempting idea.
replacements would have to all ready be voted in to take over those voted out for a smooth transition of power

it would be cheaper. We could just let the lobbyists directly determine how to spend the money and cut out the middlemen.
