I'm assuming one of the following:
1) The Indian/Pakastani population are rallying behind him (which is WRONG...this is about singing not race)
2) 14-year-old girls who have nothing better to do for two hours are voting for him
3) votefortheworst.com are having people vote for him and Antonella to make a mockery of American Idol.
If it weren't for rooting for Blake, I would stop watching this show for the year. I can't believe that Sanjaya got to stay while AJ was sent him. How ridiculous. And Antonella has stank two weeks in a row...how many chances is she going to get just because she's pretty and the public feels sorry for her for those pics being on the internet? What do these kids think is going to happen when they allow those kind of pics to be taken?

He appeals to a different demographic than the others.
He's a pretty good singer but his song selection was pretty bad and the outfit he wore was a little too amateurish.

It's not because he's the most talented or the best looking. I can only think that it's because he seems like a nice guy, and they put so much attention on him and his sister.

he's a cutie and he can sing alot better then he did tuesday...he just needs to put that power into his voice
