Can be a virus or a bad memory
If you manage to do a safe mode like our friend said and do a virus scan and nothing is found (no virus) you will need a memory check (see professional)
Hope you can use a friend computer to read those message if your computer shoot down all time

I sounds like virus activity but I need more info on why and how often, etc. to have a better idea. try restarting in safe mode (F8 at startup) then choose safemode w/ net. run a virus scan and spyware scan. If you don't have one go to downloads.com and get one for now and run the scans. I use Norton and adaware.

i don't think power has anything to do with it, unless you've been using a laptop with the battery, but i doubt it. sounds like a virus or spyware. scan it ASAP! use lavasoft for the spyware and avg for the viruses.
