Why do people allways start talking trash when duke loses 1 game? that is the most retarded thing I have ever heard, The begining of the end for coach K. Just a bunch of waterheads that have no idea about basketball talk that way. IT IS the begining however. Duke has one junior in Nelson, Mcroberts and paulus are sophmores. Scheyer, Henderson, Mclure and Zoubek are freshmen. Duke is Probably the youngest team in collage basketball and are still a solid top 20 team. This is going to be a monster team for the next few years. This team has lost a few games, BUT they have not been Blown out by anyone. They have blown a couple of leads, ( the mark of a young team) but they have been there at the end with everyone. People are just hateing because they NEVER GET THE CHANCE!!! and when they do, they make espn talking butt commercials out of it. All I need to know is how many of these waterheads REALLY think this is the end of Duke and Coach K. Think of this as a Special education Roll call.

Man, iim a Duke fan to and i am always hearing a bunch of bull when Duke losses. I agree 100% with you. Duke is the youngest team in the ACC and they still have a winning record in it. You think that if they had experienced plyers that they might be a top 5 team right know but they have a bunch of freshmen, 2 sophmores, and their 1 junior. No seniors. Last season they were so good because they had jj redick, sheldon williams and know that their gone, people think they suck. People should realize that Duke will win it all when their players become more experienced and people should realize how well they have played for their age.

You want an honest answer or you want some one to toe your line. Duke from 1991-2001 won 3 national titles they have been in numerous final fours and have won the acc title on many occasions. They have a bad season and guess what everyone that hates Duke is going to come right out and say it they suck.
You Duke fans have it so easy, you go around most years and talk trash about everyone elses team, and then when your team slips you cant take a little back. You guys sound like a bunch of cry babies, get over it and take the trash talk. Just hope you dont miss the NCAA tournament.

yes i agree with the last 2 answers. plenty of teams are young....the difference is they have good players. im a die hard florida state fan in football. do you hear me making excuses for how bad they have been for the past few years? nope. i will be the first to tell you that our coaching has been horrible, and our players just arent very good.
I WANT TO SEE ONE DUKE FAN that has any pride to come in here and say, "yes, we just dont have many good players". josh mcroberts is gonna blow college basketball away? that is the funniest thing i have ever heard. he has a few offensive moves, but he is TERRIBLE! tell me how he is gonna compete with any real post player down low? he is a total pushover. he couldnt bang me around down low and im 6'2", 190. greg paulus sucks as well. just admit that the talent level is finally down at duke.
i agree the talk of coach k leaving or them being a bubble team is outrageous, but the bottom line is they just arent very good this year. and they need a whole lot more talent to get back to where they were! im tired of hearing about josh mcroberts. if you bank your future on him, you are in trouble. and what do you mean if he stays till his senior season????????? he might not even get drafted after his senior season. he is a stick and plays power forward. not even the slightest chance he would leave early as he probably wont ever step foot onto an nba court

If Mcroberts stays until his senior year Duke will blow away college basketball. With the freshmen they have coming in and as young as a team as duke has it is the begining not the end

Thank you finally someone with some commen sense!!! Wow Duke has one "down" season if u call it that and the whole college basketball nation is in shock!!!! This team has everyone coming back plus alot of very good freshman coming in. So please stop talking trash on Duke, because we will be good next year with everyone returning. By the way just remember we got Coach K baby, thats all that matters.

duke has been in a slump this year. They do have a young team with a lot of talent. They should be higher then they are now next year. I dont see Coach K leaving. It wouldnt be the same without him.

There's one slight problem. Every other team is young this year. North Carolina is young, Texas is young, Ohio State is young, there are so many talented teams that are just as young as Duke, that are better than Duke.

I believe that KU's squad is just as young, and they've managed not to suck as much as Duke (so far).
