That's a tough situation. Is she into girls? I fell in love with my best friend, She was bi, got preg. , married that guy, so I moved on and married a man too, (I was bi too) She is divorcing the guy now, and I finally told her I had fell in love with her. Her response was had I told her we could have been together cause she felt the same way. When you are alone with her, tell her how you feel. Let her know if she doesn't feel the same way it is fine, you will not act on your emotions , but you had to let her know. Good Luck Sweetie!

Think this through. If you are best friend's then you must have a sense of how she feel's about her sexuality.
I would suggest sitting with her and telling her that you're having confused feeling's and that you DO NOT want her to feel uncomfortable but ask her what she thinks. It might just be a crush.
