If you are serious about creating websites for your business, don't go for free webhosting as they are not reliable and you may end up losing all your work. They usually put ads on your websites and it could be annoying.
If you intend to create a few websites (usually you will end up more than 1 website), go for multiple web hosting where you could handle your websites in one account.

There are quite a few, but I can only recommend you pay for this service as the difference between what you get (for something like six dollars a month) is not comparable..
Freewebs is ok.
111mb is good but hostgator baby is excellent (for 6 dollars a month).
