i keep hearing people say he shouldnt be prime minister because he wasnt born in england but last time i checked the british parliment represents britain and scotland and as far as i know scotland is in britain. so where can someone be born for southern englanders to accept them as there prime minister would they for instance accept some one from wales cornwall manchester or newcastle or do they think all prime ministers should come from south east england.
