I will be working at a job fair and I need to decide between 15 amps and 20 amps. Will 15 amps be enought for 4 laptop computers?

More than enough. 4 amps should handle it.

You should be able to search info on one of the models online, whatever the amperage is I'd add 10% of that and allow four times this for each computer. That allows an extra 10% for each computer, if they are all the same model.
Your source needs to be 'At Least' this amount, so go a little larger and you'll do fine.
If it comes out to 5 amps, for example, and you can only get a 10 amp, then you are more than covered.

you need a GA (giga amp) to run that many laptops.
