I am a pretty skinny dude and I go to the gym every other day but my resluts are coming too slowly. Should I take supplements or shakes? and what brands are the best to use?

I would recommend you drink protein shakes. Protein and caloric intake is what you are needing for muscle/weight gain. A great brand to look into is Muscletech. Their products are scientifically researched and funded. I do a simple stack from them of Cell-Tech and Nitro-tech. I have had great results. There are other great products available too. well i work out too, i think if it came quickly then it would be misleading results...

i don't know about shakes, but i guess you could take some iron and metabolism pills...anykind would work...

and 3-4 times a week...cuz if you doing it everyday and you are hurting, it may feel like a work out, but you'll just being soring you muscles, so the next day you actually wont even be able to workout...
