Hia, I was just wondering if transexual women are able to breast feed.
Through hormones natural breasts are developed, so could it be possible.... ?

found an article about men breast feeding, which supports the idea.

Anyone can produce milk. It's all hormones and stimulation, and men have the right stuff; it's just never used or properly kick started.
If you found an average guy willing to take the right hormones and use a pump to simulate a baby suckling for enough hours a day, you'd get milk.
Seriously.

No Because The Hormones Don't Produce Milk Ducts At All Just The Breast

Some biological men have developed milk ducts, not all but a small percentage. So if a man with fully developed milk ducts had sexual re constructive surgery, then in theory with the right balance of hormones and a mental state the person in question might be able to breast feed.. Although I personally highly discourage it. The child might get a warped sense of the mother figure. Only the biological mother, if present in the child's life, should breast feed the child..

No, they may get the shape of breasts but they don't have the plumbing for it unfortunately, neither do they have the hormones required to produce breast milk. It is possible to generate milk production in a woman who hasn't actually been pregnant but it takes some doing, in somebody who's body chemistry is still male............not going to happen I'm afraid.

think of of a MtF transsexual as a woman who has had a hysterectomy. No, she won't be able to provide substitute into pregnant or provide delivery. I stand corrected nevertheless, she would be able to nurse - that's amazing. she would be able to this component whoever she needs.

its very unlikely. a man's milk glands become temprarily active during puberty , then atrophy. I doubt that hormone supplements would make them un-atrophy

No...Nor can they menstruate. A transexual man to woman can increase breast size with estrogen but it doesn't create milk glands.
