Do you change the colour of text (e.g. black to blue) or the background colour for the ease of your eyes?

Do you change the colour of text or the background colour (e.g. from white to black) while working on Word files for the convenience of your eyes?

Or do you work with the normal black text only?

i just leave it black i change it when I'm writing a email tho

Many of us find ordinary black BORING

Just like we find TIMES NEW ROMAN boring.

A switch to blue and perhaps Comic Sans is such a relief. Try it.

for word i just type it out, but when im re-reading it i highlight it so i can read better and faster..so yeah
