YES, YES, YES!!!!!!!!
I'm 30 weeks and have it.....can get so painful! I've also got sciatica and problems with my hips which is something to do with the hormone that's released in pregnancy that makes your ligaments more flexible. My whole pelvis area can really hurt.
I've found that paracetamol takes the edge off and sleeping with a pillow in between my legs helps. Also I was wearing trousers that went over my bump and were pushing upwards on my pubic bone and this was making it more painful. I bought some very loose trousers now and it's calmed the pain down abit. Avoid sitting crossed legged and sleeping on your side without a pillow in between your legs.
Also silk bedding is supposed to help, although I haven't tried this yet.
I told my GP and she didn't seem all that bothered and has told me just to talk to my midwife about it as having PSD (along with the rest of my pelvis problems) can cause problems when delivering. I'm going to ask to deliver on my knees as I have been told this is the best position when someone has this. Make sure either your GP or your midwife writes in your notes about it.

I'm 34 weeks pregnant and although I haven't been diagnosed with it, the pain that I am feeling seems to mirror the symptoms described as PSD. Fact is, I can't even turn over in bed without wanting to scream in pain. I remember the same type of pain in my first pregnancy and I am glad to say it went away almost immediately. I don't have any coping strategies other than to think at least it will be over soon!

I have had this mildly since about 20 weeks - it only affected me getting out of bed - then since 26 weeks I have had trouble walking.
The physio gave me a support belt which hurts me more so I don't use it - but since advice of how to get in and out of car (knees together) and getting out of bed - daytimes are much better - night times are a painful ordeal to turn over in bed or get up for those many trips to the toilet.
There is hope though - I am now 31 weeks and can suddenly over the last 2 days walk almost normally - it feels GREAT!!
I still dread bedtime though : (
Good luck. x

Don't walk, lie on your side, wear a belt - available from your obstetric physio- and keep your knees together while turning in bed, getting in and out of a car etc, and avoid stairs or stepping on and off kerbs etc.
If it's getting worse, which it may well do, then a week or two in bed might be the only help.
Good luck, there are some more tips on this site.

i have it, so far the worst part im worried bout is when i go into labor, i hear the horror stories about women who have their babies and because of not taking precaution, they end up unable to walk for 6 months to 2 years.

you can get a support belt which supports the weight of baby, ask your midwife about one, i had it with my last pregnancy and i got one from the hospital through my midwife, it helps a lot. i am now expecting again and my midwife has told me it will be even worse this time. hope this helps
