Well, if you've apologized, maybe a card to let them have a visual reference to your contriteness for what happened.
Some people take a long time to get over slights, whether intentional or not, might have to give them some room to get over it.

Let it go. You can never fix the fact that you hurt them. Just say sorry and move on
