Considering the following:
1. Low call rates
2. Long validity
3. Incoming free lifelong
4. Good Roaming features
5. Night-time offers?

7. Less tax/service charges, etc.,

In the US, by far...Virgin Mobile.. All bells and whistles included, prepaid cards last for 90 days, no extra daily call charges. 18 cents a minute anytime. Voicemail, call waiting, optional celebrity answering messages, text, web, whatever. They have several plans, I use the minute to minute, as I do not spend all day on a cell!! No tax/service charges, but no free night and weekend plans without a monthly commitment. That is true for just about ALL pre-paid, non monthly charge plans. Some pre-paid plans claim 10 cents a minute..Hah...But there is a $1.00 a day charge for use!!! <--- Beware.

Is Virgin Mobil available in India they are the best in the UK and in the USA
