When she died she had a will what does it say in the Will?
Shouldn't the person in her will get Danny Lihn?

It doesnt say anything about the father of the baby. A paternity test has to be done so she can be with her real father and I think its Larry Birkhead, but you just never know. It could be anyone at this point. I dont think its Howard though.*

Only time will tell who the real father is and who will get Anna Nicole's baby. But I have a gut feeling that Howard K. Stern is not the baby's father. We'll have to wait and see.

Who will get Anna Nicole Smiths baby? They said that the state got the baby right now,and when they find out who is the daddy they will give the child to the daddy.

She didn't update her will after she had Danny Lihn. I think that the real father, whoever that is, should get her.

She didn't have Danielynn at the time. She wrote the will in 2001, when Danielynn wasn't born, and she'd given everything to Danielynn. After the custody battle, the father who is yet to be determined will get custody of Danie.

Her will was done in 2001. Dannielynn was born in 2006. They are going to court next week to determine the paternity of her. It could go on for a while.

i think who ever the dna says is the father should get the baby. i think larry is the father the baby looks just like him
