Connect your iPod to the original computer you use for your music. Then it will automatically 'reload'. Next time you use your iPod, place a simple code that you'll remember, like birthday, ID or something.

I'm assuming all your negativity is a misspelling of the word "know"...
Now, presuming you are the original owner, and that you have gone through the steps required to sync it with your computer, and have set it to "Remember My Password", plug it in.
Should you not be the original owner, and you came by it legally, speak to the original owner about what the code might be, and ask for the software to sync it to *your* computer.
Should you not be the original owner, and you came by it in a "less than legal manner", you're kinda SOL, 'cause if anyone tells you how to circumvent the passcode, they can face some serious criminal charges.
Me, I'm willing to give you the benefit of the doubt, and that you have fallen into one of the first two scenarios. Good luck!
