Would this be a healthy choice at subway?

12" Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki
Wheat Bread
Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki Sauce

I just want to make sure it is healthy, I dont want the chicken to be the kind from KFC or McDonalds thats all greasy and fattening, thanks.

Doesn't sound too bad. The wheat bread is certainly better than white bread. It depends on how sweet the teriyaki sauce is. But no matter, it's better than eating at KFC or mcdonalds.

not really. 12" is two servings for one. and two, the chicken itself is pressed and processed so much, it's not even funny.
the sandwich is about 740 calories (www.subway.com they give you the estimate for a 6" so I doubled it for your purposes)

A premium grilled chicken sandwich at Mcdonalds is 420 calories (lol, the cripsy, fried one is only 500) (www.mcdonalds.com)...both of which are healthier than your choice from subway. Actually, for what you want at subway, you can go as far as getting a double quarter pounder with cheese at Mcdonalds.

....so yea....no, your choice isn't really healthy.

Yup, sounds OK. But I would take white bread, higher in calcium. 12" does seem a lot, try 6" with a glass of milk. Its really filling.
