all of the above
xcept your ears theyre fine
the actors arent recorded at high enough levels,
then the compression they ad to the adds makes the quiet sounds as loud as the peaks it drives me insane
All audio has to be submitted at -2db so they make sure everything is maximised to that level
where as TV shows would have problems with background noise to maximise eveything to that level you would hear hiss and stuff where as most good ads are made in studio envioronment and can be maximised without these problems

Ever provided that seeing Igudesman & Joo "Rachmaninoff's huge arms" i won't be able to help yet smile on the Rach 3. additionally any comic strip with Harvey Korman and Tim Conway on the Carol Burnett instruct replaced into advantageous to get laughs. there replaced right into a particular comic strip the place Conway replaced into the conductor, and Korman a violinist ... the common mayhem ensued; I doubt any actual track replaced into performed.

Its the carrier aka cable company. Some programs are transmitted at a higher sound signal level. This happens a lot with advertisements. In some states this is illegal.

not just the music, even the advertisments are too loud as compared to the show itself. when it comes to conversations and, we have to tune the volume very high just to catch them. however, when the music or advs come, we have to tune them down to avoid the loud noise.
