I agree with Richard, but for women as well. For those that suffer the itches (wanting to wander and cheat) they didn't wait for the right person. When I was married to my ex, I suffered the itch all the time, always looking and wondering about other men. Now, with my current husband, I have never wandered or fantacized about another man. Oh, I see nice looking men, but not in a "I won't your sex" kinda way. But we are very passionate, in and out of the bedroom. He is everything I never thought I could find.

I think everyone gets the "itch". Some just now how to wait for it to go away, while some scratch. Acting upon the itch is wrong but given the right time, right situation anyone is capable of scratching. We are all human, we all make mistakes.

No I do not. The only men that I think use that excuse are those that have trouble with making a true commitment. If someone really loves you, they never find a reason to look back after marrying you.

I have to agree with the first poster...sometimes it takes only a few months before men realize that the woman they married was an illusion of the woman they have. the three rings of marriage...the engagement ring, the wedding ring and the SUFFERING

It's not just men. I think everyone goes through that. You need to spice things up a bit! Keep it fresh!

i think every person goes through the 7-year-itch ... the important thing is to plan for it & keep things interesting & romantic in your relationship. try new things, remember what you fell in love with & remind her of what she fell in love with, and most importantly, talk about it!
