where does the inuyasha anime stand?

a couple months ago there was no word on continuation of the anime. i've heard that a second series was going to start soon at animenewsnetwork.com. i have trouble finding other news about it. does anybody know?

The anime ended a while back and it wasnt much of an ending because the manga is going on. But there arent any plans for any more episodes.

THE MANGA CONTINUES!!!!!!!! U CAN READ IT ON ADINUYASHA.COM but its missing like the other 10 chapters be4 it. i kno where u get it... i just forgot the site...
