From what I gather, your boyfriend and your best friend are going out seeking sex basically wherever they can find it, and they want you to be a part of this escapade. You have mentioned two key words: BOYFRIEND and BEST FRIEND. First of all, if you are in a relationship your partner should NOT be seeking sex some place else; and furthermore, your BEST friend shouldn't encourage it. If you are in an open relationship that's a different story, but it sounds like you have some reservations concerning this matter. Moreover, careless, casual sex in gyms, bars, or where ever is DANGEROUS in several ways. You need to really decide if your boyfriend is right for you; also, you need to choose your friends carefully. My advise to you is do not go, and you might want to have a serious talk with your boyfriend about the relationship that the two of you have. If nothing else, it's not Worth destroying your health by tricking out in a gym or any other place. Give this some thought.

What you are trying to describe will destroy your relationship with both your boyfriend and your best friend. I would suggest to you that if "they" are urging you to do this with "them", then "they" are not really your boyfriend and best friend. Obviously, neither one of them respects you at all. Dump them both and move on.
