every time iused to forget eazy answers even though i studied very well.

Sometimes you have to look at a test as a game, not as a "failure/success" of you personally.

Try this:

Read the first question. Stop. Close your eyes and think about how you would answer if someone had just walked up to you and asked it in a casual way.

Think of your answer. Now look at the answers. Do any of them match your answer?

Or you can see how tests are written. (See link below) This helped me quite a bit once I understood how tests are devised.

It's like beating the system at its own game.

study in the classroom that you will be tested in. dont study with music. make your studying environment as much like the test will be as possible. calm down, do breathing excercises, and honestly, study more, feel more confident, the more confident you feel the less likely you will forget anything. do not freak out if you do forget something, move on and deal with it later. the more upset you get during a test the more likely you will forget more. good luck to you

take a deep breath before answering the paper it will lessen your fear.it really helps.
