no, the Conch Republic is what Key West calls itself, you don't need the passport...just go have some fun.

How does one get a passport for a place they don't even know for sure exists? The first answerer is correct, it's Key West. I saw it in an episode of Weird US.

just a euphenism for the florida keys - particularly key west - visitied there many years ago and had a good time - especially if you go out fishing and bring your catch to a restaurant and have them prepare it for you - the snapper is especially delicious.
