I know it sounds kinda corny but I put my artwork in fairs...I've been doing it for a few years now and I have made a pretty good deal of money doing it. I think that displaying your art in as many places as you possible can makes you gain confidence. If you can get any of you art in any type of show that helps. What I like to do is hang around my artwork and hear what people have to say. They don't know that I'm the artist. By doing this I get constructive criticism from people who don't know me. I get a clean opinion. If the opinion isn't a good one the I will know where I have to improve. Also, you can go to http://www.testriffic.com/index.php and display your artwork online. It's pretty cool!
