sorry to say but this is very normal. some women have this thru the nine months. other women have it a only thru the first three months.it is the hormones off balance. from experience this has happen to me on my 2 child i had it for all 9 months but their are some things to make it easy eat small meals, eat salt crackers they really help.when you tack your medicine take it with food, some thing you really like so that way you wont think much about it.and most important have lots of patience. when the baby arrives you will forget it all. if you still are not sure what to do go to your doctor and ask their is no harm in asking.congrats and hope this helps.

This can be the toughest time for some women. Having a sick stomach is not fun. I took my pills at bed time, sometimes medicines and vitamins can upset your stomach too. Sucking on hard candy worked for me. I have heard the sea sickness bracelets help, although I never tried them. Good luck, this too shall pass, hopefully sonner than later.

Aawww, I know, for me the 1st trimester was the worst with all 4 of my kids...my nausea being the worst with my 1st child, my daughter.
The good news is you will start feeling much better real soon once you are in your second trimester(a couple of weeks)
Try sour candies(sweet tarts were a Godsend)...crackers never worked for me. And make sure you are eating regularly...a full stomach seems to ease the nausea. Good luck, dear!
