He only played for Wales due to his birth or summit, the guy was brought up in England, but was nowhere near good enough to play for england during the time he played for Wales!

Id agree with the guy above me cuz it would seem that way...but then again there are SOME people that like the english....like the english for example....there are others too I just cant think of them...but there are others...and No he doesnt...

I've never got that impression. He isn't as biased as most of the commentators, but I don't think that means he wants a change of nationality.
