one way I like to play is each article of clothing counts as two so like a shirt you first pull it up over your head or unbutton it pants and underwear you pull down half way the first time then take them off on your next lose. also it can be fun to have the winner to get to tell the looser to do something to the exposed part of their body

only bet one piece of clothing per hand, winners choice of the article of clothing and winner gets to remove it. When all clothes are off you can continue to bet using other items to win... (a kiss, a feel... so forth)
