You might be able to sue him for creating a nuisance that prevents you from enjoying your property. This is an area of tort law that I'm not too familiar with.

As the above answers said, you should also check the neighborhood's covenants and talk to the homeowner's association. They might be able to help you.

If it's bothering you so much and there's no relief from the homeowners' association, go see a lawyer about filing a nuisance suit against your neighbor.

P.S. I'm assuming you've talked to your neighbor about this issue. If you haven't, then go do so before involving any third parties.

There is nothing you can do about it unless the neighbour has violated the law by having it there. Imagine you were growing a tree or shrub in your yard that the neighbour could see over the fence and they hated it, would you cut it down to please them. I think you are just going to have to get used to it.

Try Cit Advice, because if it is higher than the fence there might be a restriction as to how high anything else can be. I know what you are asking as this would annoy me too, it can be an eyesore can't it? Try them if they can't help or give you advise I'm Sure they can point you in the right direction of who might be able to. Good luck. xx

Depends on zoning, codes/covenants/restrictions (if any) and city/county/state laws.

Maybe nothing you can do.

Maybe you can build a higher fence

Maybe the thing being there violates codes/restrictions and you can have them notified to move it.

Check the rules first... don't ask for it to be moved if you have no legal reason to be able to.

are you talking about caravan, like a minivan? if so, then you can't do anything because they're parking it on their own property. or you could just get a taller fence!

Plant some hedges or trees that grow fast for screening and privacy.

Keep in mind when selecting the fall and winter season.
Some lose their leaves in the fall and winter.
