I was wondering how many weeks are in each trimster? I've read about it in several sites, but they are all different.. I'll be 27 weeks Tuesday, and i've read that that starts the 3rd trimster, but some places said it doesnt till the 28 or 29th.. its so confusing, can anyone tell me for sure what they are? thanks

Everything I read says that the trimesters are lopsided to the end, so that the first trimester is weeks 1-13, second is 14-25 and third is 26-40.

I've also been so confused with this, and how to tell when you're X months pregnant. I'm 15 weeks, and I've been telling people that I'm 3 months pregnant, but when I tell people that I'm 15 weeks, they say, oh that's 4 months!

I think everybody counts in their own special way, and that's why it's so confusing. But I believe that you are now in the 3rd trimester, so congrats!

It can't be divided evenly. So I have heard first trimester is weeks 1-12, 2nd trimester starts weeks 13-26, and third starts 27-40 weeks. Congrats!!
