Teaching of Ancient scriptures in India , in Sanskrit and the local languages.It will pay well and will also be a social service
The same thing can be done in English also, if the teacher has excellent command of that language. Indian culture is going to be hot property in the coming days.

there are many businesses, as some of them suggested above, Insurance agent, tutions, etc. you can even start a consultancy in a field in which you have knowledge and experience, one of my friend has started event management firm 2yrs ago, today he is wellknown in that business, you can be a auto consultant [agent],
or even a property consultant, boss there are lot many things to do without investment, just think what you want to or love to do, and just do it, opportunity lies everywhere best manager is one who can explore them and grab them before anyone else can...
in India the best businesses without investment and which are having huge market are either be a polititian, or be a sadhu baba...

what i think is to do broker jobs in searching jobs or in any insurance company.i think being a broker in insurance company will get u a reasonable money.
