Your music program (iTunes, Windows Media Player, whatever) should have a Sync section. Plug your mp3 player in with the USB cord and select the music to sync and let it go. Depending on your computer it may take you through the steps as soon as you plug in your mp3 player.

Connect usb cord to comp/mp3. Open your media player (I use Windows Media Player). In Windows Media Player I choose "Sync", then "edit playlist". Select songs from your playlist - I hold down control key and click on songs I want. When all songs you want to load are on your playlist, hit "Start Sync". From there you can watch the songs being loaded onto your mp3. Good luck!

go to "my computer" your mp3 player should show up as one of the drives. selct the drive where your music resides (usually c:\music) and select the songs you want to transfer to your mp3. then copy and paste them to the mp3 drive (don't cut because if you screw it up the songs will be lost)
