It's not full of calcium but it does have calcium. A glass of apple juice may have as much as 10% of the RDA.

If it's pasturized, it's not likely to be full of Vitamin C either. Heat breaks this potent antioxidant down very quickly and makes it useless to your body.

apples and their juice are not normally a significant source of calcium.
I take a calcium-magnesium-zinc pill 2-3 times a day with meals. They do a great job for me.
