One can continue growing untill they're 21. But usually growing stops sooner. From 17 years of age a girl's height wont't change significantly. I'd say 18 for boys, though.

I'm 22 and I honesty thought I'd finished growing when I was about 16 at 5'4 3/4". However, I got measured for the first time in ages a few months ago on one of those height weight calculator machines in Tesco and I measured 5'6". I'd taken my shoes off and everything. When I got home I got someone to measure me and I had indeed grown an extra inch and a bit!
I think you stop growing somewhere between 16-20 as I haven't grown since.
