You need to go to www.att.com and set up an account to pay that way. Or you can also pay through www.mycheckfree.com if you set up an account. You may be able to call them and do it by phone 1-800-288-2020

Use this link to AT&T. Go to the right hand side of the screen and scroll down to "Sign up for Online Bill Paying."

Set up an on-line Account, you will need your last bill as it ask for your "customer number" on the bill if I remember correct.
Also, I think on your bill they give the Web-Address, which may be better than what I give.
